The Power Couple
Crave was created by Executive Chef, Jaimee Skinner in 2017.
The dynamic duo are both entrepreneurs and well known in the wedding & events industry as the owners of Suite J Catering & Events, In The Groove Events and VAA Media.

Paul & Jaimee took the opportunity that the COVID-19 Global Pandemic gave them in 2020 to re-invent the wheel and fully commit to providing the greater Seattle area a one of a kind food truck experience as a husband & wife team.

The Power Couple
The concept of Crave is the brainchild of Executive Chef, Jaimee Skinner and her entrepreneurial-savvy husband, Paul Skinner. Born out of desire to bring a modern and more gourmet spin to the traditional street fare, Crave is now known for it's culinary trending IG-worthy menu. Leaving everyone waiting and wanting more.

Paul & Jaimee intended to have Crave deliver their mouth-watering menu to their clients in the wedding and events industry which they did post COVID. The COVID-19 Global Pandemic changed drastically for the food industry and while only 25% of food trucks survived, Crave has become a survivor. Feeding patrons of churches and their food banks, families of big 1,000+ housing communities to work sites of all essential workers.
Paul & Jaimee were left to re-invent the wheel and fully commit to providing the greater Seattle area a one of a kind food truck experience as a husband & wife team.

All of our meats are slow-cooked and braised to perfection. Our produce is hand-picked and all of our menu items are handled with love.
